I offer my coaching services to professionals working in private and public sector as well as to students and graduates who are in the middle or have just finished their educational process.
I offer executive coaching to anyone in a leadership or managerial position. My coaching approach, sometimes called role consultancy, is based on a model developed by the Tavistock Institute in London. It combines psychoanalysis and systems theory to focus on the role, the person and the organisational contexts of your coaching goals:
- I provide space to pause and think about the issues that confront you within your present work roles.
- We reflect on your past roles, career progression, talents and skills and their connection to your present organisational environment and your future career plans.
- I support you in finding the connection between your personal and organisational stories to develop a deeper understanding of your current roles and issues.
- I help you explore the impact of your discoveries upon your role performance and find your inner resources to promote confidence and competences necessairy to take up managerial roles within your organisation.
Career Coaching and Career Counseling
I help people deal with career-related challenges. I do this by analyzing and clarifying strengths, career preferences and goals together with my clients as well as identifying the opportunities they may have missed in order to put career plans in place to seize them. I work with students and graduates seeking to explore career options, experienced professionals contemplating a career change or parents who want to return to the world of work after taking time to raise their child.
